Fourth of July! Fashion & Freedom

Red, White and Blue!

"With freedom, books, flowers, and the moon who could not be happy" Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) Irish poet and playwright

The Fourth of July is this Thursday.  Fireworks, apple pie, swimming, sunshine, family and fun is all wrapped up in this patriotic and special holiday.  More importantly, we need to take time and be grateful, and to reflect on our forebearers who built this glorious country through sweat, hard work and perseverance.   We live in a free land because of them.  We must also remember and honor those who have and those who still today fight for our freedom worldwide.  We are forever and eternally indebted.

While you take a moment and count your blessings, let us also contemplate on what to wear on this sparkler and fireworks filled day.   Of course, anything red, white and blue.

There you have it.  Are you ready for the 4th of July?  I hope so.  Be sure to sport your red, white and blue in festive ways.  By hopeful, upbeat and never let negative energy, words or anger cloud your day.  This is your life, and your time so don't waste it with the gloomy verbiage that surrounds us in social media and with the media at large.  Be a spirit of joy and spread wisdom rather than hate. Thus, enjoy the day, embrace your friends, be happy, show love and celebrate your life and this great nation.

"The American, by nature, is optimistic;  He is experimental, an inventor and a builder who builds best when called upon to build greatly."  President John F. Kennedy

Happy 4th of July!

Until Next Time!
